Heathrow Airport

My traveling officially started yesterday at 3:00pm when I flew out of the Pittsburgh airport.  My parents and my sister drove me to the airport where I met Felecia another girl going on the trip with me.  Before I left for the trip I got my dad a father's day card since I would be missing the holiday.This flight to Chicago was small and the flight from Chicago to London was big.  Either way I was so excited and ready to leave for Africa. The flight from Chicago to London was 8 hours and the longest I have ever been on a plane. Initially, I panicked arriving in London because my global phone was not working. But eventually I spotted a store called Vodacom that was equivalent to Verizon wireless back home. We were suppose to meet up with people at the airport and then go into London together but nobody had working cellphones. So Felecia and I took used piccadilly circus station and explored London. We had such a long layover so we were in London practically all day just walking around and we rode the London eye. I loved every minute of London, it was beautiful and the people were so so nice. I would go back to London in a heart beat. After a long day in the city we returned to the airport with plenty of time to check-in for our flight and find our gate.
